Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 2026. Governing studio reservations, rates, and intellectual property.
1. Studio Reservation & Pricing
All studio bookings with fympytrex are subject to written confirmation. Baseline studio rates begin at 190 EUR for a single one-hour recording session as outlined on our Services page. Rates include on-site technical monitoring and raw asset export.
2. Payments & Currency
Invoices are issued in EUR (€) and may be settled via major credit cards or international bank wire transfer. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation calendar slot, with the balance due upon completion of the recording session prior to raw master handover.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the booked time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the 50% reservation deposit to cover engineering scheduling and room hold costs.
4. Equipment Care & Guest Conduct
Our studio utilizes calibrated cinema-grade optics and sensitive broadcast microphones. Clients and their guests are expected to observe basic studio care. Any deliberate damage or gross negligence toward facility equipment will be invoiced at current replacement cost.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The client retains 100% full legal ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to all interview content, audio stems, and video footage recorded during their session. fympytrex claims no royalty, credit requirement, or ownership over your recorded creative works.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. For questions regarding our studio terms, please contact [email protected].
